It went well. The guy (Jason?) was on time each time, very knowledgable, fast and did excellent work. No complaints and I will call him again if I need any work on my garage doors.

I had a troublesome garage door that stopped working consistently. Could no longer get it to close. Had tried to fix myself without success. Called Valley Door based on one review here (only company reviewed!). Service call was scheduled the following morning, he arrived on time, quickly got to work diagnosing and tweaking, adjusted door, tinkered with motor, and found the primary problem: a blown capacitor. Had the $9 part in his truck, and he finished with lubing and tuning the system. $45 service call plus $9 part, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Well done.

It went real smooth, the guy is really good. He had it done in less than 2 hours. I love driving into my driveway now. He beat everyone else price for me.
