Phil returned our call promptly, came to the house at the agreed time, and got right to work. He was very quick and did a high quality job at a reasonable price. All our electrical work will go to Phil from now on.

From the moment of arrival, and right on time, he was very courteous and outgoing...we talked for a while and than he went

The Electric Man was able to fix both issues. He came out the afternoon we called and started immediately working on the issue. He came back the next morning following P,G&E disconnecting the power at the pole and removing the meter and replaced the unit in the P,G&E box.
P,G&E came back out following the repair, stated everything looked great and turned the power back on. Everything has worked as it should since that point.
We were impressed with his promptness, pricing, knowledge and skill. We will be hiring The Electric Man in the future for some other electrical work that we will be needing done in the future. A great guy and a terrific job,

dPhil came out initially to conduct a Home Electrical Inspection in order to determine the extent to which repairs and additions would cost. The price of the inspection was $175.00, but was well worth it. Phil identified problem areas which were previously unknown as well as troubleshooting known issues. We then set up a series of three additional appointments in order to complete repairs and install new lighting and heaters. All in all Phil did a fantastic job in a very proficient manner. The only issue that came up, and really it was a non-issue, was that Phil was unable to arrive at the specified time for two of the appointments due to emergency calls. This did not affect the timeliness of the work completed nor its quality and was understandable as Phil is a one-man operation. I would hire him back again and plan to do so in the next few months for further work. Thanks again, Phil!

He was excellent. It cost $1500 for the garage, but we haven't been billed for the other yet. He was very prompt, very knowledgeable, very efficient and worth every penny. He did quality work. The price was average.

i was very impressed with his upbeat attitude. He found a problem I wasn't aware of and corrected it. He also took care of a couple of little jobs such as changing some bulbs I couldn't reach and replacing some screws. What a nice man! Electricity can be scary but I feel safer now. Thank you so much!

It seemed a little unprofessional that he did not have what he needed with him when he came out to my home. The work he did was good he was just not prepared.

"I’m sorry this customer found me to be unprofessional. But I don’t think not having and old style ballast in my very stocked van should make me unprofessional. I take pride in being very professional when I come to your home. I pulled my records from this job and found the customer had called us on March 1, 2005 not June 17, 2009 and wanted me to replace his kitchen fixture that was giving him problems, I let him know that I may be able to fix the fixture without replacing it and that I don’t carry a lot of fixtures or fans with me, there are so many different kinds but I would come out and take a look, I only live down the road. I went by the same day he called and found two older style light fixture ballasts were bad, I did not have the older style ballast so I picked two up and installed them that same day and everything was fine. I repaired the fixtures he wanted replaced for $125.00 to replace the fixtures would have cost him about $225.00 I think I was reasonable and professional and so do the rest of my Angie’s List posts. Some things may have been lost in translation due to her post was Transcribed from a telephone interview and the job was 7 years ago."

The Electric Man was hired to change the plug on our dryer and install a programmable thermastat for our furnace/air conditioner. There was no long waiting for the appointment, he was punctual, friendly, professional, honest, and fair-priced. I would definitely hire him again.
