Joel and his team did an amazing job on our roof! They were by far the most professional, competitively priced and competent team. From the beginning, timely providing us with a thorough and competitively priced estimate and roof inspection, to scheduling, through their speedy two day install, the process was smooth and painless for me. Northern Counties Roofing took care of everything! Our roof is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier!

The work Joel and his team have performed on our property is beyond reproach and in fact above par, and completely beyond what we were expecting. We were expecting to have to be climbing over and around shingles, lumber, ladders, etc., and picking up staples, nails so my business pups would not be stabbed in their pads...but, it was not necessary! Joel's amazing team ensured not only every nail and staple was cleared, but also, not a single piece of wrapping paper, or scrap of ANYthing was left behind -- EVERY SINGLE DAY! We have seen other tear downs, and NONE has been as clean and professional as you and your amazing team. You should rightly be extremely proud of you and your team's work product. Northern Counties Roofing Systems is a top-notch company, and Pat and I were blessed the day you came out for a quote. We had a complete tear off and replacement done. Went wonderfully! What a contrast to other roofing contractors. Joel has always super responsive (so many never even call back once!), and was excellent at following up when *I* wasn't super responsive. When I had questions they were always answered quickly and clearly. As far as the actual work, I'm not sure that I'm able to judge one roofing job to another, but I can say there isn't anything else that I would ask for! Joel and his team identified problem areas and replaced wood as required to remedy any rot that had developed over the last 30 years. The new roof looks great! Northern Counties Roofing Systems might not have the most glitzy marketing materials compared to some of the other contractors in town, but the price, responsiveness, and finished product all speak for themselves. A+ and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

We were very pleased with the job Northern Counties Roofing did. Joel gave us a bid that was reasonable and included what they intended to do. They showed up everyday on time and worked all day. They never left in the afternoon without cleaning the entire area around our house. All the workers were polite, handworkers and very respectful of our property. In the past we have had a variety problems with different contractors not showing up, starting a job and working only a few hours and then leaving, But what a wonderful surprise Northern Counties was.

Great customer service. Follow-up was outstanding. Showed up on the job site very early and ready to start. Joel had good communication throughout project always letting me know what phase of the project was. I had gathered 3 different estimates and Joel's price was the best. We have recomended him to several neighbors, to total at least 4 additional homes (hail storm) and everyone extremely happy with the work done. I will continue to recommend Joel at every opportunity.

They were clean, finished in the time limit and under quoted budget. I feel it would be wise to give them a try! They Installed a new roof, replaced damaged plywood under the old roof, and replaced rotted fascia boards as well. I highly recommend.
