We are so pleased. After such a disappointing experience with the first contractor (sadly also someone we found on Angie's list) , it was difficult to find someone to even take the job. Kevin not only agreed to take the job but he listened to everything we wanted and kept us updated with every thing he was going to do. Any job that was subcontracted out, he checked and double checked and fixed any problems as they came along. We plan to remodel the entire house and hope Kevin will consent to do each job.Anyone who has any questions about KMS or the contractor we had before...can email me with questions .
