At first we were very pleased. As the job went on, I noticed the quality of the workmanship got more and more shoddy. I think Billy is really just a framer.

Billy Kincaid built my beautiful new home. He is the BEST contractor in the Redding Ca area, a third generation builder that get the job done on time on budget and with the best subs in the business. Hes does beautiful work. I can recommend his Company. Use his services You will not be disappointed. you can not get a better builder in the Redding Ca area.
