Window Treatment Service
First, it took about 6 weeks to receive the product. Then, one set of shutters arrived damaged. It took another 6 weeks to get the replacements. Then the installer couldn't find the undamaged trim that had come with the first set. I was told he had left it on a shelf at the shop and that someone would be out the following day to install it. No word for 4 days, so I called today and was told they have to reorder it and it will take another 6 weeks!
