THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE EXCELLENT AT PROVIDING INFORMATION TO ASSURE BETTER HOME SECURITY. WHENEVER THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM, THEY HAVE BEEN THERE TO CHECK ON IT.

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. MY SMOKE ALARM WAS GOING OF AND THEY HAD THE FIREMEN HERE RIGHT AWAY. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT THEY CHECKED MY ID TO MAKE SURE THAT I LIVED IN THE HOME.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN REALLY RESPONSIVE IF THE ALARM EVER GETS TRIGGERED. THEY CALL US IMMEDIATELY AND IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO REACH US THEY START CALLING THE PEOPLE ON OUR CALLING LIST. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR THE PAST YEAR AND ARE SATISFIED.

THE THING THAT IS THE MOST IMPRESSIVE ABOUT THEM IS THEIR RESPONSE TIME. ANYTIME THE ALARM HAS BEEN TRIGGERED THEY CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY EITHER BY MY HOME PHONE OR BY MY CELL PHONE. I FEEL VERY SAFE WITH THEM WATCHING MY HOUSE.

I LIKE TO INVESTIGATE COMPANIES BEFORE I HIRE THEM. BRINK S WAS THE ONLY ONE I WAS SATISFIED WITH. THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND IF SOMETHING HAPPENS. THEY ARE GOOD ABOUT DOING A CALL BACK TO MAKE SURE THINGS ARE ALRIGHT.

THIS IS A REALLY EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND IF THE ALARM DOES GO OFF. WE JUST RECENTLY HAD IT UPGRADED SO IF ANYTHING AT ALL GOES WRONG THEY WILL CONTACT THE POLICE.

THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND EVEN IF ITS A FALSE ALARM. WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE ALARM THEY WERE IN AND OUT OF HERE IN NO TIME AT ALL. I THINK THE PRICE IS REASONABLE FOR ONE MONTH.

I HAVE THE TOTAL PACKAGE BY BRINKS. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO USE THEM BUT I FEEL MUCH MORE SECURE WITH THEM MONITORING MY HOME. THEY INSTALLED MY SECURITY SYSTEM FOR FREE.
