The service technician appears to be servicing the pool every week and will inform us via telephone /email if there are any problems or if the tenants are not maintaining the pool water level. Monthly service fees are higher that charged by the previous service but will be worth it if the pool is properly maintained. We have noticed that while the routine pool service fees are reasonable, the service technician is unable to perform pool repairs such as changing the sand in the filter or to change the pool cover. In order to have any repairs done we need to call the company to have a repair person perform the repairs at a rate of over 100 dollars per hour which we think is excessive.

"Member, thank you for your review! We're thrilled that you're pleased with our service. Regarding the repair rate, I agree that $109 per hour seems a bit steep. Please consider that in the case of "Changing Sand" or "Changing the Pool Cover", there's a considerable expense involved in disposal of of the old material. Perhaps in the future our information should say something like "$59 Labor/$50 disposal" to better reflect where those fees are going. We'll have to give that some consideration. Thanks for giving your business and your input. It helps us to better service our customers, which is our primary goal!"
