His name is Jay Goebel. He is a licensed contractor. We found him through a friend. We've used him a lot. He's worked on our house and one of our rental properties. He has a friendly personality. He will stick with the project. The fence looks beautiful and it is very sturdy. He stuck with it. He is really good at consulting with us about anything we wanted or any specifics and he is very good at making suggestions. He is really great with working with the city for permits. He has a great relationship with them. He is a skilled builder. He has done some simple repairs to our chimney because of rot. He did that in January, 2012. He is a super guy and is cooperative. He gets the work done.
