Very well. He seems able to do all kinds of construction/repair & maintenance work.

Will knows what he is doing and seems to enjoy it. He made sure he (and we) understood exactly what we wanted and how it would turn out. He doesn't overpromise and if he doesn't feel he can handle a particular task he's upfront about it rather than just taking the work and winging it. He bills by the hour, not by the project but it ends up being less expensive and he has no motivation to cut corners. We will definitely use him for all our needs in the future.
