POOR! I ASKED WHEN THE FRONT PANEL IS TO BE INSTALLED ON TUB & THEY TOLD ME EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER TUB IS SET - IT DIDN'T MATTER. IT TURNS OUT IT DID MATTER. WE CALLED THE MANUFACTURER TO ASK FOR DETAILS & THEY SAID WEST END WEST SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. THE FRONT PANEL IS TO BE ADDED WHEN YOU SET TUB IN CONCRETE. WE NOW HAVE HAD TO ADD TILE TO THE FRONT OF MY JACUZZI TUB, ADDING EXTRA COSTS TO OUR PROJECT.
