WAVES AUTOSOUND

It went Terribly. I had them install a 600 watt Kenwood amp, 4 speakers and 2 subs in my stretch limo. When they were finished it didn't sound much better then when I brought it in with just the head unit driving the speakers. They charged me for a custom fabricated sub box and labor to install it but they put the sub in very small a cheap standard box. They removed a set of high end Hertz speakers and installed cheap entry level kenwood (lower line) speakers. Bottom line is didn't sound right for all the money I paid. My mistake was leaving with car and not demanding they make it right. When I came back later they said the equipment is all used now and they couldn't exchange it straight up. I have to wonder about all the "Tony is awesome!" comments in other reviews. I found him to be unprofessional and a "know it al" type of person that didn't like to be questioned about the problems with my install. I will follow up with a picture of his hand written invoice showing items (speakers) that we agreed on, were on my invoice something else was  installed. Rather than call me about this,  they installed what they wanted and said the new speakers cost the same. Frustrating. I feel like I was had,
