Troy’s Restoration, Inc. has been in the water restoration and mold remediation industry for over 25 years. Troy Gianerakis started in 1994 cleaning carpets and found water restoration and mold remediation companies were greatly needed in his area. He became Master Certified and a Microbial Specialist, the highest certifications you can receive from the IICRC, Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. These certifications require an extensive review of jobs completed and engineering controls and must be approved by the IICRC. He has also received his certification from PMII, Professional Mold Inspection Institute, as a Certified Mold Remediator (CMR). We specialize in in mold and toxic testing and removal, water damage and structural dry downs. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work as well as our commitment to outstanding results. We don’t cut corners, we restore them! Building our business from one satisfied customer at a time!
