other than what I had specified in my initial contact when I called for service. I told him yes I had a stain from when my dog had gotten sick and threw up. So when he came to that area he got down on his hands and knees and went over it several times and the stain is TOTALLY gone. I was so so glad about that...also he did such an excellent job on cleaning the furniture, it looks so good now..II had a very positive experience and just before he was finished the supervisor showed up to see if I was satisfied with the job. I can't remember that particular circumstance happening in the past with other companies I have used. All in all I was 100% satisfied and will definitely be contacting them before the holidays this year.
