 + 1 moreAfter purchasing 2 chair mats over 2 years ago, one failed. I filed a claim on the mat under the lifetime warranty and it was approved, manufactured and shipped within weeks. These people not only provide a quality product but back it up with action. I used to go through 2-3 chair mats a year from national chains that sold relatively expensive mats. How many times to you go to a counter or pick up the phone with the warrantied items and fear the barrage of questions and hassles you get when you say "this item has failed and it has a lifetime warranty"! Well it was incredible. Chairmats USA apologized and processed my request with a smile. I know chair mats seem pretty insignificant in life but when you use them as much as I do and to have a company really mean a lifetime warranty without a hassle, it makes me remember that there are great companies out there that stand by their products.
