The owner, Peter, called me back very promptly (unlike many other fabricators) and was kind, professional and very accommodating. He arranged a mutually agreeable time to come to my home with material samples, reviewed all my options, and offered opinions when asked. He never tried to up-sell any product. Once a bid was agreed upon, his team came to measure and we were told 1-2 weeks for install. The installers were less than 2 weeks. The were clean and professional in appearance and during the installation. They handled my floors and surrounding spaces very respectfully. The job turned out perfectly! I am super happy with my counters and pony wall tops. Pricing was fair. Peter personally called me to follow up and without a doubt, I would refer him to anyone.

Excellent! Everything went very smoothly and I couldn't be more pleased with how the job turned out. Peter is very personable and conscientious. He explained everything that needed to be done in advance and kept me totally in the loop as the job progressed. I work from home, so I was available whenever he was here and he took the time to show me and explain little things that came up during the project. After I have the original marble walls, slab counters and tub surround, steam cleaned, polished and sealed, the master bath will look like new! The only thing that I personally would do differently if I had to do this kind of a job in the future is that I would mask off (with plastic sheeting and painters tape) all existing fixtures, marble counters and tub surround, mirrors, medicine cabinets, etc., before the new work begins. By the end of the job, every surface was covered with a thick layer of dust/soot, including inside medicine cabinets and some drawers. Lots of clean up needed afterwards.
