Sunny Coast initially performed a termite and structural inspection. The original inspection was performed on a Saturday. He showed up on time and was very detailed. I needed a fumigation of my house. Gabriel Lopez (owner) arranged our fumigation. He came over and spent considerable time going over the process. He provided plenty of gas proof bags for our refrigerator and freezer goods. He was very conscientious, helpful and informative. He followed up after the tent was removed.
