For over 21 years Squeegee Pro has been providing fast and friendly service throughout Orange County We are family-owned and locally operated. Our office is right next to the John Wayne Airport and we send our teams throughout five days per week. We have a great front office staff and wonderful window cleaners who wear shoe covers and uniforms. We never hire independent contractors and we are fully insured. We would love to make you a happy customer. Award winning.

Three technicians worked for over 5 hours straight without taking a break. They were clean courteous and efficient. House looks great, They did all windows and screens inside and out as well as awnings, and several sliders. The exterior walls and patio look so much better and the windows are crystal clear. Office staff very friendly and efficient also, from getting and estimate to booking an appointment. You will be happy with their work. Highly recommend!

They came out and did a horrible job. They didn't even do half of the work they were supposed to do. And then when I called the owner and told him what happened, he came back out and fixed everything so it was good. They were responsive and punctual.

They arrived early, were very polite, friendly and treated my house with respect. There were no cell phone calls, which seems to be a big problem these days and were very efficient.
I was very pleased and will request the team of Vinny and Luke when I have the windows done again in 6 months.

It was very shoddy service. The guys came on a Saturday and when I reviewed the windows I found a couple they had not done. When I called them they came right back, but then when I looked more closely they had not really cleaned the windows. I have a big 3 story home that is about 7,000 square-feet with a lot of windows. I think they were just overwhelmed and it was the first time they had seen the house. Two guys came out and there was a lot of stuff that they did not do. They left a bucket behind so when one of them came back to get it I pointed out that the some windows were not done and other windows were left unlocked. They also did not put the screens back on properly, the ledges on the outside were not cleaned. They did not clean up after an animal incident on a second floor window sill. I called them back to complain, but the guy never showed up. It was very lousy service because the windows were also streaked. I was very disappointed.

The guy from first crew of Squeegee Pro came down from the second floor of my house after 15 minutes and said everything was done. I asked about the window sills and they took a dirty rag and kind of wiped them down. After they left I started looking at the windows carefully and there were windows that his crew never touched. The second crew came back the next day and said the first crew hadn't touched half the windows of the house. The second crew was great and did a beautiful job. The service was not cheap but Squeegee Pro was really proactive in coming back to fix the problem although it should have been done right the first time.

We are getting ready to put our house on the market. Two Squeegee Pro workers showed up. After counting all the windows, I was given a complete, clear explanation of the charges. They did a great job - by far the best window cleaning service we've used. I would definitely use them again.

In preparation for putting my condo up for sale, I hired Squeegee Pro to clean my windows. It definitely wasn't an easy job considering I have a 3 story townhouse. They sent two people, who were both very professional. I thought the price was a little high but also did not get other bids. I was a little disappointed with two fairly minor items. I was told that their people would wear protective booties on their feet to prevent dirtying my carpet and they also missed a couple of windows. The company addressed both by bringing out booties after the job started and issued a small refund for the missed windows. Based upon their job performance and responsive customer service, I would use them again.

I was in need of having some windows cleaned and it needed to be done as soon as possible because the real estate broker was putting the condo on the market. This is actually my second attempt at using Angie's List and I am a hard core believer now. I called Paul at Squeegee Pro and told him of my situation. He told me he may be able to fit me into their schedule that same day. I received a call back from a woman, I'm sorry I don't remember her name, within minutes telling me that the window washers could be at the condo within the hour. They actually arrived at the location and were waiting when I arrived. I had many things going at the same time but they explained what they were going to do and were done before I knew it. I was skeptical of the purified water and the fact they wouldn't dry the outside windows but within a short period of time I realized I was mistaking. The windows were spotless and they did a very professional job with very professional demeanor. Great company and I hope they appreciate the quality of people who are working for them. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I got a bid of about $625, which sounded high. I got my money's worth. They were here almost six hours. They went over every square inch of the roof meticulously with a high power washer. The roof looks brand new. They did the house and the grounds. They collected all the runoff water. They actually went in and opened the drains in the garage floor. They made sure they didn't have any runoff going into the city supply. They wanted to comply with all the environmental requirements. They just spent so much time and did such good quality work. That's another service I was very, very pleased with. They were very, very professional. They were in constant communication with me and told me what was going on and asking me questions, keeping me informed. They knew what they were doing.

They were professional and did their work in a timely manner. My biggest complaint was that they didn't clean the bottom tracks

We always appreciate feedback even a year after the service, and I am so glad to hear our guys were professional, prompt, and timely. While we are pleased with a B, we are always striving for an A and I just shared your review with both of the guys, and they remembered you, and how nice you were, so they are both disappointed that they failed to earn an "A" from you. Just to let you know, we offer two levels of track cleaning. Included with your service was a wipe down, which is what about 95% of people want. We also offer a track detailing, which sounds like what you wanted. Next time, be sure to ask for a track detailing. I know you'll be even more happy. Also, we use a ultra-purified de-ionzed water cleaning system on the exterior of the windows. It is very popular in Europe, but is becoming more widely used in the USA. Part of this process specifically involves leaving the exterior of windows wet. But never fear! :), it is not normal water on the windows, it is only the ultra-purified water, the process of letting the ultra-purified water evaporate prevents residues from staying on the window. Over the last 15 years we have gotten superior exterior window cleaning results using this method, and if anything didn't dry correctly, it was an error (which is very rare, but we do hire human beings), and if you had let us know we would have immediately fixed it.
