Roberto's does good work. The shop is in high demand. The causes scheduling problems. The final work on my car was "bumped" promise after promise because Raul Jara, the owner, had promised other cars for shows. There is also a supervision problem. Raul is often away from the shop involved in promotion. In the process the driver's door was slightly dented & chipped, and a rear fender was chipped. When they cleaned the car this caused surface scratches. They had neglected to cover it with plastic.   My body shop had not finished the car. However Raul insisted that I use a shop he chose, & that he R&R the parts My shop estimated the repairs at $2850. This was more than Raul's bill. He will not release my seats.
