RIP TERMITE

As soon as we moved in, we noticed more signs of termites in the garage. Since the work is guaranteed for a year, I called them. The first technician they sent out refused to climb a ladder to reach the rafters in the garage, saying he had a fear of heights. He then sent out a second group of workers. They came and sprayed only that one area, even when I told them that there was evidence of termites in other places. They left. I called the office again, since I was still seeing evidence of termites (and not a little either), but no one has returned my calls. I gave up on them and have since had other companies come out and give me an estimate on the termite situation. There is severe damage to several areas of trim outside as well as to the garage and attic. One company said that fumigation was necessary, that's how infested this house is. I don't know what RIP Termites did here, but they certainly did NOT get rid of, or even slow down, the termites. I can push my thumb through some of the infested boards and there are termite droppings everywhere. This is not the damage of a few months (we purchased the house in May, it is now September). DO NOT use this company. I cannot believe they are still in operation and I will be filing a complaint with them, my association (who also uses them), and the board that certifies that they can declare a house clean of termites. This house certainly WAS NOT.
