For responsiveness, RCI Roofing gets an A+++ because when I first called on a Saturday morning, Shannon answered the phone and got all my questions answered. To do so, she had to call Chuck and call me right back, then she had to ask Chuck to call me for a more detailed discussion, which he did right away. In contrast, two other Orange County roofing companies, with more Angie's List A-reviews than RCI, have yet to call me back, 11 days after I left messages! Shannon's responsiveness continued to be stellar while we communicated back and forth, first to schedule a roof inspection, then to schedule repairs, and also when she emailed the quote and certification.
Chuck and his crew were perfectly punctual, professional, diligent, and efficient. The work included replacing broken tiles, realigning others, resealing vent and pipe flashings, cleaning and resealing around skylights and other areas, and leaving the site clean.
Having hired more than two dozen contractors (in different specialties) over the years, I find that Shannon's and Chuck's responsiveness, diligence, and reliability is second to none. They inspire confidence and they met my high expectations.

Good - Old roof needs a new roof. Chuck with RCI did a repair and saved us money - extended the life of the roof for at least a year.
