I worked with Ryan and Rational Roofing on a roof replacement project prior to installing solar panels. After contacting Ryan, he came to look at my roof a couple of days later. He is easy to talk with, honest with his assessment and acknowledged that my roof still had about 3 - 5 years of life left. Within 24 - 48 hours Ryan quoted a few different options ranging from minor repairs to a full roof replacement and walked me through the pros and cons of each option. Ultimately I made the decision to go with the full roof replacement. Based on my roof replacement experience, I highly recommend Ryan and Rational Roofing for the following reasons: -Very honest, response and provides options with no sales pressure -Fair and transparent pricing -Great communication and provides details and timing on the replacement process, what to expect, etc. -Crew did a great job cleaning at the end of each day -Ryan came over to inspect the roof on a holiday weekend given the roof was not 100% complete and there was potential for a thundershower -Job was completed on schedule and on budget -Ryan personally followed up with me after the first rain to confirm there were no issues with the roof -Overall great customer service I would not hesitate to use Rational Roofing on a future project.

Ryan Chambers called within minutes of my bid request to schedule the inspection. That occurred the next day. It was a little over a week later that the work was performed in one day.
