Appears that once he learned what i wanted that it was apparently work he did not want to do.  He appears to only use the "big Deal" to provide additional and more expensive services.  Not sure that i'll ever trust Angie's Big Deals again (first time used)

He is punctual, and courteous. His prices are very reasonable. We are very pleased with the quality of his services and highly recommend him.

Jorge came out and gave me an detailed estimate, with varying options, after carefully studying the yards. He came two days later at 7 am as promised. Jorge and an assistant worked until 7 that evening, only stopping for a half hour lunch. They returned the next morning and completed the job. He gave me a tour of the work and programmed the automatic system. He also explained to me in detail how to reprogram the system. Extremely nice and polite gentleman. He did everything exactly as promised. Jorge is very knowledgable about irrigation systems and what product are on the market. He also suggested various solutions to problems with water runoff.

Jorge had to dig up my lawn accross the entire front yard to run the pipe to the back. He also had to dig up my garden in the back to install the sprinklers and lights. The whole job took him 2 days about 10 hours each day. Before he left the first day he cleaned up the patio and hosed off the dirt, put the grass back in the front yard and left the house looking normal. He did a great job and now you can hardly see where the grass was disturbed. He was a delight to do business with and I would recommend him to anyone for this kind of work.

I have used Rainforest services once before and was very happy with Jorge's work before, so when we noticed a sprinkler head was broken felt it was time to call again. When I called he was able to come out the next day. We have been having trouble with our lawn and recently got some advise that part of the problem was low water pressure not adequately watering the lawn in all areas.. When I asked Jorge about this, he gave me several options...adding sprinklers to the existing system or adding a third valve. Both incredibly reasonable quotes. We went with the extra valve and are very happy that the system looks entirely different now...with a nice full stream that will provide better coverage for our lawn. Thanks again to Jorge for great work, at very reasonable prices.

Jorge did a good job overall. He gave some good suggestions and the backyard turned out pretty well. He had a little problem with filling the gaps with the paving stone (loose grout), which he returned to fix but once did not complete. He promised to return but never did. I called and left two messages but never heard back from him. I would have given him an A otherwise. His price was not the lowest, but I think overall he was worth it.

I have a small outdoor courtyard which had in-ground sprinkler pipes but because the water pressure was coming from the house, and the area was small, the valve would explode and heads would blow off, etc...making it virtually unusable. Jorge came by on a Monday morning, installed a new valve, wired it perfectly to the control box in the garage, put in an entire, perfectly running drip system and he did it all in about 2 hours for $300. He did so well that I had him put in up-lights all around the area as well and he wired them with their own timer box into the garage perfectly as well - also for $300.

Jorge and his team did a fabulous job. He came out to provide a proposal within 2 days of my initial phone call, and was able to complete the work within 2 days. Unfortunately, we were going to be out of town at that time. No problem for Rainworks! He completed all the work while we were gone.. however he was adament that NO payment should be made until the following Wednesday when we returned, to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. How refreshing! (FYI, we had received an additional quote for the same scope of services - $700 more) A month or so after the work was completed, we noticed one of our flower beds was not getting enough water. I called Jorge, he was out at our home within a day. He not only checked the flower bed in question, but he checked all stations in front and back - no charge. I would highly recommend Rainforest and Jorge.

It went fantastic. Rainforest Work checked out the pipe leak before assuming it was under our concrete and sure enough he found the leak in a dirt area before breaking up our concrete. We were so relieved.

Would use and recommend services again.

Rainforest Works are very courteous and they listen very well. Their prices are reasonable and they did a wonderful job. The owner is very smart and solved problems that I couldn't solve. He bids the job and does the work too.

When I placed the call they were here within an hour or less. Replaced the automatic adapter and checked the system before leaving. I was afraid that my Rainbird Sprinkler system would have to be replaced as it is kind of old, but they seem to be pretty trustworthy and advised that the automatic adapter just needed to be replaced. I really appreciate contractors who are trustworthy and do not try to convince you to replace anything that can be fixed. I would certainly hire them again based upon my experience with them.

Thank heavens for Jorge! Our sprinkler/drip system just stopped working and none of our fixes worked. I called Jorge and he arrived WITHIN AN HOUR. He fixed the non-working irrigation system in a couple of minutes, and stayed with his worker to complete the rest of the work. He is extremely pleasant and polite and understands exactly what you want, then does it quickly and competently, at an extremely reasonable price.
