Adrian, Ulisses and thier crew of men surpassed all expectations. Adrian initially came out for the bid about two weeks ago. Showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He even provided me an written estimate almost immediately. He also explained the benefits of using a GAF Master Elite Certified contractor. Which is vitally important because your roof is something that you'll won't touch for at least 30+ years if its installed right the first time.

Pleased and satisfied with the new roof installed by Premium. The crews each day were respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. The workmanship of the roof and patio cover repairs seems to be excellent. We recommend Premium Roofing Systems.

They could get to the project quickly. The crew was careful, thorough, and the project ran very smoothly. Adrian and Ulysses were easy to work with.

Adrian and Premium Roofing were very professional every step of the way. I had half a dozen companies provide estimates for my roofing replacement and saw a wide range of professionalism. Of all estimates, Adrian was the only company that fully explained the mechanics of ventilation to me so I understood the importance of each piece. They also were the only company that discussed the underlying wood and pointed out sag on other houses in the neighborhood and likely cause and fix. They were in the middle of all companies in regards to pricing, but gave the most comfortable feeling about the probability of satisfaction. In the end it came down to two companies, which were the only two companies that took the time at first visit to explain the materials that they use. I chose premium for two main reasons. 1 They provided me with previous customers that I could call and discuss their experience. 2 Start dates and work duration. None of the other companies could start for 4-6 weeks and some said they would take up to 10 days. Premium could start in two weeks and finish in 3-4 days. Premium put tarps over my leaking spots the day we agreed on a contract and started the roofing job two weeks later. They showed up to the house on time, worked with my tenants requirements and needs, were very respectful to my property and tenants property and time, put plastic sheeting down after demo to protect against rain, Put plastic sheeting over items in the garage to protect my tenants garage items and cleaned up every day. I received absolutely no complaints from my tenants. The job started at 8am on day 1 and took a single day for demo. They were done by 4:30pm on the first day and then the first inspection was completed. 2nd day they put all shingles down and basically completed the job on day 2. Day 3 was final inspection. The final bill was just over $200 more than the estimate, only because I asked them to put additional fascia boards in place in two different location. I am very satisfied with my experience with Premium Roofing and would definitely recommend them to others. The roof looks very nice now. Obviously with a roof, time will tell and until we get more heavy rains it remains untested. I am quite confident though, that if I have any issues or requests in the future they will be right there to take care of them.

The owner, Adrian, met with me and was extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughhly inspected my roof and took photos of all the areas where repairs were needed and reviewed them with me. He clearly explained the process to be used including how many workers and exactly what they were going to do and the timeframe. He quoted a very fair price and when I agreed he immediately provided a written proposal & contract. The work was completed in a timely manner (the owner was one of the workers) for the quoted fee. When work was completed their clean-up of my property was thorough. This is an excellent company and is now my go to roofer that I recommend to others.

Had our roof ridge caps replaced by Premium Roofing. Excellent job and excellent price. Would definitely recommend them.
