Alain Vina, Project Manager, was excellent and clearly a highly knowledgeable professional. Did initial walk through to assess and discuss what roof work was needed. Once the HOA board approved the proposal, the work was promptly scheduled and work was started timely and professionally. Expected work period was closely adhered to, and only extended slightly out of necessity, given unforeseen dry-rot discovered through course of work. In our experience, this company does high quality work and has great communication and follow up. Would highly recommend this company without reservation.
