+ -1 moreAlain Vina, Project Manager, was excellent and clearly a highly knowledgeable professional. Did initial walk through to assess and discuss what roof work was needed. Once the HOA board approved the proposal, the work was promptly scheduled and work was started timely and professionally. Expected work period was closely adhered to, and only extended slightly out of necessity, given unforeseen dry-rot discovered through course of work. In our experience, this company does high quality work and has great communication and follow up. Would highly recommend this company without reservation.
Description of Work: Conducted Roof Maintenance and Repair on a 23-unit Condo building. As needed: installed modified mastic and fiberglass webbing on all drains and penetrations; Installed mastic or one part pourable sealed and in pitch pans; cleaned, prepared and sealed around all drains and scuppers; Sealed edge metal with mastic, webbing and rock or granules; installed caulking and sealant to copping and stucco transitions; Installed new exterior grade insulation on approximately 250 feet of existing copper pipes from roof AC condensing units. While performing work, discovered and repaired dry-rot wood beneath existing roof where needed.
