 + -1 moreIT WAS REALLY HARD TO DIAGNOSE. IT TOOK THREE TRIPS, AND I'VE WORKED ON A LOT OF PC'S. I THOUGHT THEY ACTUALLY DID PRETTY WELL. I WOULD GO BACK TO THEM IF I HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM, SO THEY WERE GOOD ENOUGH THAT I WOULD RETURN. THAT'S A GOOD SIGN. THEY WERE HONEST AND ACTED PRETTY CONSCIENTIOUS.
Description of Work: THEY ANALYZED A PROBLEM THAT I DIDN'T FIGURE OUT. ACTUALLY WE SHARED THE SOLUTION. THE PROBLEM WAS A FAULTY POWER SUPPLY THAT FRIED THE MOTHER BOARD. IT WENT THROUGH THREE BRAND NEW ONES UNDETECTED. IT WAS SOMETHING WITH THE POWER SUPPLY.
