Exceeded the contract schedule by over double, exceeded the contract price by almost double, overcharged/double charged numerous items, placed mechanics lien on the property, required lawyers to clear. Majority of the work that was sub-contracted was satisfactory. Smooth sales pitch, we were initially happy until the schedule was obviously in trouble. Contractor made no effort or was unable to efficiently schedule work. Grossly excessive charges for contractor's direct employee time, numerous accounting errors/over-charge errors in his favor. Overall worst possible experience. Might be OK for very small jobs if closely monitored, not-not-not recommended for large or complex job.
