Newport Bedding

My family has been buying mattresses from Newport Bedding for a long time. When I needed a new mattress I went straight to Newport Bedding where I knew I would get the quality I wanted. Steven was very informative and helped me select the right mattress for me.

Steve was wonderful in assessing our needs and steering us to the best style for our needs (not the most expensive one). The staff are not on commission so they are not motivated to sell something that you don't need. Steve was helpful in suggesting the proper size box spring for our height (they have regular and low profile box springs). We chose the low profile so now we don't feel like we need a footstool to get on the bed! The store makes the bed when they get the order so you know that the mattress isn't sitting around for weeks in a factory somewhere. We got our mattress in one week and delivery went smoothly.
At delivery, Brandon and Alex were very professional, recommended a stronger bed frame when they saw our flimsy one, got one off the truck and put it together without a complaint. They asked if we had a bed-skirt and put it on also. They even helped put the plastic from our new mattress on our old mattress/box so that we could return them to Costco. (Yes,Costco does take mattress returns). We were very pleased with this mattress store. Nice people to do business with. An added bonus- the new mattress didn't have that out-gassing petroleum smell that most new mattresses have.
