NeWave Construction Inc.

I won a judgement against them in Arbitration.  I wish I had understood better how the process worked and what I needed to provide.  I would have gotten a lot more back from them.
They asked me not to write a review and I have an email from Cory Monroe (GC) threatening to sue me if I wrote a bad review.
 This was bid as 2-2 1/2 months  weeks.  I expected it to take a little longer .. always does, but took 9 MONTHS. That's how it went.  If you want to know why, feel free to contact me at [email protected]. I am happy to speak by phone and if you are really interested show you the place and the issues I still have that they will not address.
  I have daily detailed documentation and pictures (along with all the correspondences).
There is so much to write, I will update it soon.  However there were issues with professionalism, schedule, workmanship and costs, following building rules and how they kept my place.  They knew I would be living in it during the remodel and knew this when they bid the job. The assured me my place would be tidy and broom clean. I have attached some picts of what I would come home to on a daily basis.
One time Cory wrote me a note and said "You are such a pain you will be single the rest of your life)". Another time he called me a "b**tch" on the phone and said "F-you!"
This is just the beginning of what you may have to face if you work with NeWave.

Update 3/3/15: After only a few months, my $17,000 custom cabinets are falling apart (see pics.)

It went well. They do seem to try to please. Most personalities were great and we got along well. I would recommend them to others. They are professional in the way things are handled.

Needed assistance with getting paperwork from their tile guy, but it didn't happen. I ended up contacting the tile company myself. Not a big problem, but was told by Newave that they would do it.

Needed them to come back, however, to fix a small painting issue. Answered my request, but never showed up even though I'd contacted them a couple of times. Still not done. I will contact someone else to help me.

The remarkable thing was that this was all done long distance through phone and internet. We found him through our broker and he kept us constantly in the loop with pictures, quesitons and recommendations. I would do another project with Newave in a heartbeat.

NeWave was very professional and provided exceptional high quality work, materials and craftsmanship at a reasonable cost. They were prompt, clean, meticulous, thorough, creative and conscientious. We had several different projects and some difficult repairs and they developed innovative solutions that fixed each issue. Their communication and follow-up throughout the process was excellent with a proactive approach, which carried through to the end. NeWave Construction has my absolute recommendation.
