NEAT MAIDS

I wasn't too pleased. I had asked them the time before to clean the brown off the burners of our electric smooth top range. I had called the owner to talk to him about it and when they got here we talked about it again. Then when they left it still wasn't done. I told them I would call them if and when I need them again. They also didn't dust the ceiling fans and they charge a lot for what they do. I am not going to use them again. They did come on time.

They don?t do a lot of deep cleaning because that is not what I need. They do the floors, kitchen counters and bathrooms. If I ask for extra they would do it. Once they know what you want, they are very good. They come in and do their work and get the trash out when they leave. They are reliable.

After the previous owners moved out of our new home, we started to do the cleaning ourselves but realized that it was too much for us to handle. We called Neat Maids in the morning and within 2 hours, they had someone come to give us an estimate for the cleaning. They provided us with details on how they clean each area and provided us with a quote. We decided to hire them and they sent 2 people the following morning to do the job. They worked really hard all day scrubbing and cleaning everything and did a wonderful job. They spent approximately 6 hours which was exactly what they had quoted us the previous day. Neat Maids was very professional and we would consider using them again.

We found Neat Maids on Angie's List. They responded quickly to our request for an estimate, came on-time, and provided a very detailed description of the work they would perform and the products they used. The cleaning service was teriffic. We hired them to clean after we moved in to our new home and we are now regular customers. The cleaners are prompt, professional and thorough. There are less expensive options out there, but I believe we are getting a good value through Neat Maids.

Neat Maids save the day. I had to call them last minute to do the cleaning and they were able to have their people come out right away. They were not even concerned about charging me up front and they did a pretty good. I was so grateful to have them help me at that time.

IT ONLY TOOK ONE PHONE CALL TO GET THIS GOING. THE MAIDS SHOWED UP AS A TEAM AND POWERED OUT THE HOUSE UPSTAIRS AND DOWN IN ABOUT FOUR HOURS. I WAS VERY PLEASED AND AMAZED AT THE JOB THEY DID.
