MOORE REPLACEMENTS

The original contact and quot;The Handyman Connectionand quot; was having a problem due to an extended job and referred Moore Replacements as they had success with them before. They arrived promptly and were very courteous, started right to work. They had to remove the outer, stationary door to access the sliding door, replaced the rollers, thoroughly cleaned the tracks and tapped out a few slight bends in the facing track wall. They made sure everything was put back together perfectly and that it was working smoothly. The door can now be opened with a finger when it required body weight to push it shut before.

I saw an ad for custom doggie doors at RSM Pet Supply and called Mike. He was really responsive and answered my call as well as the millions of emails I sent him.
He said the measuring and estimate would take 10 minutes and the installation would take 20 minutes and he was RIGHT ON, to the minute. He came by on Tuesday morning and then back again on that Friday and installed the door. He took extra care putting it in for aesthetic reasons and added some trim where he thought it would look nicer. He even put some stuff on the other track for the main door to make it slide better. The quality of the product is great and he even spent time petting my dog and coaching her through the dog door. :)
I would highly recommend him.

I felt that the price was very reasonable. His son worked with him. They were quick. They were in and out. The only thing that was disturbing to me was that he wanted to communicate only by email. I am 65 years old, and I get 100 emails for my business every night. When I want to have a conversation with him, I want to have a conversation with him. That was the only thing that bugged me. It's clear that he is a texter because I would get emails with "r" and "u". That isn't really a complaint. I would use him again.

EXCELLENT. THEY WORKED WITH US, BECAUSE MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH WORKED WHILE THE WORK WAS BEING DONE. THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO BE HERE WHEN THE SCREEN DOOR WAS BEING INSTALLED. THEY WERE FLEXIBLE, AND THEY WORKED AROUND OUR SCHEDULE.
