After I took the TV in they called to say they would have to order a part and it would take about 1 week to get it and fix the TV. After 1 week there was no call so I called them. They said the part was not in yet, it should be soon. This went on for over 3 weeks. One guy told me the part didn't come in another guy told me it came in but was broken and had to be reordered and that they couldn't tell me when it would be there. They never called me, I kept calling them for status. When it was finally ready I was on my way to pick it up and they called to say "oh by the way" we moved and told me where the new location was. The TV was fixed and works great but I could never get a straight answer from these guys, not happy with the communications.

Mike (owner) came to our home the same day we called for service. He arrived within the one hour window as promised. Estimate given upfront was accurate and no work was performed until he got approval from us. Work area could have been cleaned up better (left a lot of lint, scraps, etc. However, overall, we were very pleased with the quality and professionalism of service.

MY TV WAS GOING DARK TO LIGHT AND BACK. SO I CALLED MIKE'S TO SEE IF IT WAS WORTH FIXING OR TO JUST GET A NEW TV. THEY SAID THEY COULD FIX IT AND THEY WOULD WIRE ALL MY EXTRA STUFF TOGETHER. HE EVEN DIAGRAMED THE WIRING SO I COULD FIX SOMETHING IF IT GOES WRONG.
