Appliance Sale
THE SALES PEOPLE TOLD ME THAT IF OUR HOUSE WAS OLD, WE MAY NEED AN ADAPTOR FOR THE DRYER TO HOOK IT UP TO GAS. THEY SAID THE INSTALLERS HAD THEM AND CHARGED $1.50 FOR THEM. WHEN THE INSTALLERS CAME, THEY TOLD MY HUSBAND THEY COULDN'T HOOK IT UP AND WERE ABOUT TO LEAVE. HE TOLD THEM WHAT THE SALESMAN SAID SO THEY WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND PICKED UP THE CONNECTOR AND CAME BACK AND INSTALLED IT. IT TURNED OUT FINE BUT THERE SHOULD BE MORE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SALES AND INSTALLERS.
