They didn't show up one week. I called to find out what happened. The person said that the housecleaner didn't work there anymore. I had left the key for them to clean it. For all I know, somebody could've robbed me. I wasn't too pleased with that. I had some difficulties with them the first couple times, which they straightened out. The whole process only lasted a couple months. The price was average.

Cynthia came to my house personally on the same day that I called and performed most excellently and far beyond my expectations. She was quick, efficient and punctual. Very pleasant personality. I have since hired them on a weekly basis.
