Hello, my name is Brian and I am the owner of Maid 4 You (Orange County). My company has been providing pre-screened and background checked home cleaning professionals to the Orange County Area since 1997. I started the business with one customer and one housekeeper. We quickly grew through referrals and word of mouth. Since I opened the doors our home cleaning professionals have performed over 200,000 house cleanings in the Orange County area. As the owner, I hand select and background check all of our housekeepers. My personal rule is simple; I won’t send anybody to anyone’s house unless I feel comfortable with them cleaning my house first. Why has Maid 4 You been so successful? In a word: respect. "Hi [Member Name Removed], This is Brian, the owner of Maid 4 You. We do everything in our power to anticipate the correct arrival window of our housekeepers. Unfortunately, sometimes we miscalculate the amount of time necessary for the maids to complete a job. When this happens, the maids can sometimes run late to their next houses. It is our company policy for the housekeepers to contact us whenever they are running late but unfortunately sometimes they forget to call us. (I understand there is no excuse for this). Normally we have a 2 hour arrival window to help reduce the number of late arrivals. For some reason you were given a 1 hour arrival window between 11 and 12. I don't recall why we made this exception to our long standing rule for you, but we did. I have been doing this for over 20 years and we should know better than to promise a customer a one hour arrival window if the house is not the first house of the day. My apologies for that. Yolanda and Carlos are an amazing husband and wife team who have been with my company for over 12 years. (most of our teams have been with me over 10 years) As a team, they have performed over 8000 house cleanings. All of our housekeepers sign a quality guarantee, so if there is ever an area of your home that is not cleaned to your satisfaction simply call our office and I can get someone out immediately to re-clean the area at no charge. We have reinforced our calling the office when they are running late policy with Yolanda and Carlos and they have agreed to adhere to the policy in the future. The last time we cleaned your home was back on January 30th 2014 and Claudia was your housecleaner. The review shows a service date in March. Again, I just wanted to make sure you were reviewing the correct company. Claudia has been a super star ever since she started here and I was surprised to see a quality rating of "C". All of our maids sign a quality guarantee and any time you are not satisfies with a service, for any reason, you can call me and I will have your home re-cleaned for free. If the posting is correct, I am sorry your experience did not meet your expectations.
