The salesperson we selected after observing several of them on multiple visits was Stephanie Shahan, with over 30 years experience at the store. She helped us focus on the quality and construction of mattress that suited our needs, encouraged us to take our time and be thorough in or research. After several visits with chain mattress outlets and a lot of internet exploration, we presented her with our selection and the lowest price we could find. She matched that price and had the mattress delivered promptly by a Macy's subcontractor. In our visits to other stores, we did not find anyone with the expertise and professionalism of Mrs. Shahan. Mattress shopping can be daunting because the manufacturers make very similar models for each retail outlet, using different names, and with slightly different construction. Mrs. Shahan was insistent that we understand the differences, to our benefit.
