Lucio is just a professional, he kept coming as many times as it was needed to tweak little things up (like irrigation drips or lights) even after the project was finished.

Failed to show for the original date set up for install and did not call or notify me in any way. After leaving 2 voicemails that were not responded to, I tried to email and he finally responded. He apologized for not showing up, saying it was totally his fault. We rescheduled for 8 am the next Friday On Friday they did not show at 8 am. I called him at 9:15 and he said they just picked up the plants and are on the way. They finally showed at 10:15, with no apology or explanation for being later. The work was completed satisfactorily but the communication from the business is incredibly bad.

Lucio is not one of the owners that is hands off and letâ s he crew do the work. He is there in the beginning and checks in from time to time during the project but he is also there at the end to make sure everything is correct. Also, once the service is done, he doesnâ t disappear. He checks up on everything again.

They did a great job. Called me right away for a quote I requested online. The quote was the final number. Very pleased.

I hired Lucio and his team to redo my backyard. I am one to trust the experts, and he is definitely an expert. I am very pleased with his work and decided to hire him for maintenance. Because I only have grass (and a small amount at that) in the front and landscaping, as stated in one of the other comments, $120/month seems a little high. However, customer service is key and I appreciate the directive engagement to date.

Designed an excellent layout. Completed all milestones in a timely manner and when promised. In addition, they installed a watering system including a timer. All work was done in a professional manner and they did a thorough cleanup after each days work. I highly recommend LRJ Landscape.

Explained things well about the plants and layout. Made suggestions as to methods for watering and water conservation. Fair pricing. Completed the landscaping across the width of my back yard in one day.
