We have now waited 6 months for the garage door to be completed. Van (the owner?) promised it would take 6 weeks in April, he did not text or call with updates, he ghosted us for months and I've called him 50+ times. I would get lucky if he answered the phone and then he would simply lie to me about the progress and install date. He first made it the wrong size and color (so he said). I stupidly paid him in full even though he has not finished the job and now have not heard from him again for 6 more weeks. I have only written 1 bad review and always give the benefit of the doubt, but this is ridiculous. The door sounds like it's going to break when it opens and closes, the "fill" putty doesn't match the wood stain and his voicemail is full again. Not sure what else to do but write this review to warn others not to use them, ever... if anyone can help, I would appreciate it. Thank you,

Called Lido Doors for the purchase and installation of a Marantec Synergy 370. Set up to have installation quickly. Guys came when they were supposed to. Did a good job installing the opener. The tech greased te garage door before they left. Only 2 issues. Accidentally cut the sensor to the other door. Called them back and they fixed it promptly. Previous opener was hard wired. They just cut the wire and put some electrical tape over it. I will have have to remove the wire nub. Overall I was pleased with their work. I will use them again.

fine. One flaw was that the new door cut into my rafters and shelving. The owner said he'd be sure it was taken care of - had to convince the installer to do that...
