Original Technician came out on 12/24.  Stated nothing was wrong with it.  On 12/28 had the same issue.  I called the company on 12/29 and they said they would call me back to schedule another appointment.  They never called me back so I was forced to find another company that will help with my heater.  This is very unprofessional business practices and I will not recommend them to anyone.

THE INSTALLER WAS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE IS A VERY NICE PERSON, HE LIKED MY DOGS. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD, AND IF ANYTHING NEEDED TO BE CORRECTED THEY CAME OUT A CORRECTED IT.
