Jamie Stahl was very dependable, trustworthy, honest and took pride in his work. He was good about keeping the work area clean and covering furniture to keep dust free. He reframed an opening for a new set of french doors which included drywall and stucco patch. I am confident that you can trust his word and he will keep a good line of communication until your project is complete and to your satisfaction.

I was looking for a reasonalbe "handyman" to service my rentals. He is to expensive for this type of work. He wants to bid the job (a bunch of small items, rather than just charging a reasonalbe hourly charge plus materials and getting the job done on 1st visit.) He charges contractor prices for handyman work. He was very "polite", but seemed to be overly concerned with getting paid before all the details of the job were worked out Even the one major job of changing a leaking tub valve cartridge seemed to be beyond his scope and all I got was a high bid to do the job, which he wanted to charge me $65.00 for without doing the work.

He is very honest and offered the best solution within my budget.

I hired Jamie to fix a couple of problems. My front door was proving to be very difficult to lock & unlock, the security door wasn't latching properly, I had an outside vent with a deteriorated screen, & the solar cloth that acts as my patio cover was coming unfastened. In addition, one of my kitchen cabinets had a one-quarter inch gap between its back & the wall. Jamie & his cousin arrived promptly, & fixed everything on the list, doing a very nice job. They also helped me with a problem with one of my security lights, & glued down a loose piece of the front door threshold. I definitely plan to use their services again.

I hired Jamie to fix 2 tolets and to hang some shelved on a wall that is bowed inward. He and his helper were amazing; and the price was more that fair. I would highly recommend this team. Great person to work with, consistently on time, very pleasant, very reasonable, came in below estimate. Replaced wood around 2 windows on the second level and the work took a little longer but he was upfront about the time he needed to complete the job. Highly recommended.
