Peter showed up 10 minutes late. After agreeing upon $60 for the cleaning it was now $90. He had asked if we wanted the dishes washed, which I replied clearly, Yes. He said ok. Turns out this "deep cleaning" doesn't include vacuuming, cleaning windows, window sills, cleaning tables, wiping off dressers, dusting of any sort. Since we had pre cleaned up any items laying around, from what I can tell he made the beds and cleaned the bathrooms, somewhat. Those dishes- still there after he left. (all of these were previously agreed upon would be done)  My roommate called to complain to which he said he would bring our money back. That was the same day. He never came back. I was wondering how a business owner could not follow through, until I opened my medicine cabinet and found that any prescription medication I had was gone. Everything I had. Including those antibiotics you never really finish, but hold on to. Gone. I gave him the opportunity to do the right thing and return them, to which he advised me I could talk to his lawyer. Now a simple house cleaning has lead me to have to press charges against this man. A few side notes, we found him on Yelp, those clean house images are nothing more than images you find on Google.I did an image search- I guess he maybe thought no one would notice, we will be posting the actual images of what his idea of clean is. Also he says he is licensed. I am not sure where since the state of California has no record of him. You can verify his non existent license with the State of California and my Police report with the Newport Beach police department.
