They removed asbestos, in an old beach house, and they did an good job. When they did our AC, they found asbestos, and the other heater vents, and had to get somebody special, to come in, they were bagged up, and they got the asbestos out. It was wrapped around the pipes, it had been blowing, my husband lived here with his parents in 51, so its been blowing since then. When they did the asbestos, it was most of the evening, they had the house bagged, protected everything, they were pretty good. They were very good, on time, cleaned up after themselves, very neat, vacuum, everything. I was really impressed with them for once. Very professional.

They inspected the garage. I have 3 fireproof file drawers in my garage and they were not cleared out like the installation people would have liked them to be. The other guy came out and said yeah it was fine, then when they actually came to do the installation they would not do it because the garage had not fully been cleared out. So I called another installation company and they declined to the job either. SO I went back to home depot and converted it to a do it yourself job, and I did it myself. I was a little disappointed about the installation part, but otherwise it was a good experience with the purchase.

I think that the company did a great job on the house. They really took their time and completed the work very well. I would say that the company is dependable and reliable. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend this company to anyone.

THE EXPERIENCE AT THE STORE TO CHOOSE THE WATER HEATER WAS GOOD. WE SCHEDULED THE INSTALLATION FOR TWO DAYS LATER. THEY GAVE ME A FOUR-HOUR WINDOW AND SHOWED UP AT THE LAST MINUTE. THEY ALSO TOLD ME OUR WATHER HEATER STAND WAS NOT UP TO CODE, THEN CHARGED ME EXTRA TO BRING IT UP TO CODE.

IT WAS WHAT WE WANTED, AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING ON THE TIMING, DELIVERY, AND INSTRUCTIONS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THE INDIVIDUALS WERE KIND,AND POLITE. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT.

I WAS NEVER SATISFIED WITH THEIR INABILITY TO SHOW UP WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED. THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I SPENT WAS RIDICULOUS AND THE WORKMEN WERE INCREDULOUS THAT I ACTUALLY HAD TO GO TO WORK INSTEAD OF HAVE AN 8 HOUR WINDOW OPEN, THEN THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP!

WHOEVER HOME DEPOT CONTRACTED, SEEMED TO HAVE SHOWN UP WITH CARPET 2NDS. THE CARPET TURNED A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR ON EXPOSED PARTS NOT UNDER FURNITURE IN 5 MONTHS. DRASTICALLY DIFFERENT COLOR! IT WENT FROM CAMEL/TAUPE TO SILVERY GRAY! WE ALSO HAVE STRETCH BUMPS IN 3 AREAS THAT ARE SO BAD YOU CAN TRIP ON TWO OF THEM! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. I THINK HOME DEPOT CONTRACTS OUT SO MUCH STUFF THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE QUALITY. VENDORS WITH HOME DEPOT REFERRAL CONTRACTS ARE LAZY BECAUSE THEY CAN BE.

IT WAS ALRIGHT. THEY GAVE ME DIFFERENT OPTIONS I COULD CHOOSE FROM.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS SATISFYING. I LIKED THE WAY IT WAS EASY FOR ME TO GET THE PRODUCT DONE AND MADE. THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE WORK FOR ME WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS THAT I HAD.

THE CARPET INSTALLERS WORKED VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NEAT. THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS ALSO HANDLED WELL. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW CARPET

WE WENT TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT STORES TO SHOP FOR THE BEST PRICE. WE FOUND HOME DEPOT TO HAVE A LOT OF CHOICES AND THE COST WAS ALSO IN OUR RANGE. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP.

THE PEOPLE AT HOME DEPOT WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WHEN CHECKING OUT THE COMPETITION, HOME DEPOT OFFERED THE BEST PRODUCT. WE HAD SOMEONE COME TO OUR HOME AND TAKE MEASUREMENTS. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL.

WORKED WITH DESIGNER FROM THE BATHROOM REMODEL DEPARTMENT. REVIEWED DIFFERENT TYPES OF COUNTERTOP MATERIALS AND DESIGNS, SELECTED ONE THAT BEST MATCHED THE CABINET AND OVERALL BATHROOM DESIGN. SELECTED BATHROOM FAUCET FROM SHELF STOCK.

VISITED WITH A DESIGNER FOR THE BATHROOM RE-MODEL DEPARTMENT. REVIEWED VARIOUS TYPES OF CABINETS AND DECIDED WHICH ONE WOULD LOOK BEST FOR OUR OVERALL DECORATING SCHEME. PLACED THE SPECIAL ORDER IN-STORE. ALL CABINETS WERE DELIVERED TO THE STORE FOR PICK UP IN PERFECT CONDITION EXACTLY AS WE ORIGINALLY ORDERED.
