The process was very smooth and quick. I dropped my car off sometime around 10 AM and got it at 2 the same day. I was driving and noticed that my brakes began to make a harsh grinding sound, so I decided to take it in to the shop. Rafael, who is the best mechanic I've had, took the car in and told me that it would be a few hours. Anyways, at around 1 PM I got a call from him saying that the car was ready and he told me what happened, and man was he thorough. I was told that my brakes (that I hadn't changed since I bought the car 2 years prior) were worn very thin, and that the calipers themselves were almost touching the discs. He didn't hesitate to show me the pads he took off of the car, and walked me through every bit of work that was performed. The shop is small, but very well-organized. Rafael and Chris are very seasoned at what they do and do their very best. On another occasion, Rafael even invited me to his shop to see how to change my oil. I took him up on it, and Chris lifted my car up on the lift and walked me through everything. This is definitely the place to go to.
