I would have rated 5 stars all the way but the job is still in progress. They are to come back in 4-6 weeks to check on weeds. They are guaranteeing weed control for 6 months. Jazz was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. He explained the whole process before doing the job and came to the house to give us a quote.

We are hosting a housewarming soon and wanted the yard to be professionally done. So, we hired Heavenlys lawn care. And it is not presentable. Thrash and leaves were left behind and now we need to finish it ourselves. For the amount per hour, we expected more.

He took 325 dollars from us did a horrible job, made my disabled mom clean up all the weed mess he left, never cleaned up the dead leafs we had in the back nothing, I would never recommend this company

Jazz is amazing. He was able to come over and give a same day quote. He was so professional and friendly, that I hired him on the spot. He sent pictures of his work and communicated with me every step of the way. He sent invoices and receipts through text and email and made it easy to pay by credit card. His work is detailed and amazing. I will use this business again in the future.

Excellent competency and stellar communication. Quickly, returned all calls. Oleanders were trimmed effectively and in line with my personal desires. A computerized invoice was sent directly to my email. It was easy to read and identified what needed to be done. Far superior to pieces of scribbling placed on the back of a business card. Recommendations include doing a little bit better job cleaning up. I had to pick up too many leaves for this old body. Lastly, I provided a clean, recently washed mask for Mr. Jaz. He put it on immediately for the bid. Oddly, when he returned for the project he did not wear it. I did not think that was prudent or respectful, so I just stayed out of his way. Masks still save lives.

Great customer service, the cost was more than I am comfortable or use to pay. The work was a job well done. I would recommend Heavenly lawn service to anyone.
