EuroPRO Cleaning Service

I have been a customer of EuroPRO for many years. They are always on time, efficient, do a great job, and very trustworthy.

We were doubtful that 2 people could finish the entire house and the pool house in the allotted time. The ladies were thorough and made note of my desire to tend to details such as door mouldings, switch plate edges and other things that collect dust and get ignored.  They had to bring in another person late in the afternoon to take the place of a worker who had to leave. During the change over the top of the back-splash in the kitchen was missed. However; I would like to commend Henry for the floors. He got out a lot of the sludge that we didn't think would go away without a professional cleaning service. They look a lot better than they did when they were cleaned by another cleaning company a few months ago. We like Henry. The refrigerator was a beast and kudos to Vlad and Henry for moving it out and back so that it could get cleaned behind. 

Three person team came to clean our 3br/2.5ba house and did a stellar job. My kitchen has never looks so white. And my windows too! They're fast and thorough. Will have them come again.

Though I lost my "dream team" cleaning crew a few months ago (they started their own business), and I've gone through a couple of different teams since, I still like the service.  If I ask them to use one of my products (vs. theirs), they are happy to oblige. If I point out an area that needs more attention, they follow through the next time ( I don't usually make them re-do something on the spot).   Everybody speaks English, have always had a team of 1 man and 1 woman.  I also tip well, so that may be why I get good service.  They don't do a perfect job, but really, you're paying somebody else to clean YOUR house, so how could they?
