Elegant Openings

The job went very well.   The windows look good and we definately have reduced our bill for heating and A/C.
There are cheaper companys but this went so very well that a little extera cost is worth the honisty and quality.

Elegant Openings gave an excellent presentation on their replacement windows that was very informative. They were responsive throughout and the windows came in as planned and were installed professionally.

.They did a very good job and are really efficient. They are extremely punctual.

Everything went smoothly.  They measured, ordered and then came and installed all of the windows and doors.  Their crew was great about causing as little disruption as possible for our patients. There were a couple small follow up issues (such as tightening some of the screens that were loose) that were supposed to be reported to the manufacturer for repair, but this did not happen.  They were small enough items that I forgot about them and apparently so did Elegant Openings.  Other than this everything went very well.

They did a very good job. They were a little expensive but you don't have to call them back. They were clean. They were efficient. There was no mess. They were in and out in one day. The two people worked very well together and yet each knew what the other was doing and they got in and got out. They didn't play around or do anything else. They just did their job and did it well. It looks good. It actually looks better than my neighbor's who has the same windows but had a different installer. It was surprising to me that there would be that much difference in appearance and neatness by just using a different installer. My neighbor and I have been friends for long. He looks at it too. It was great. From start to finish it did work out very well. The price was probably a little high. I could have probably gotten the same windows and everything for a little less money. Their quality of work was absolutely gorgeous. They were responsive every time. I called and they were there. They talked. Somebody got back with me and somebody was on the phone. It was very good. They were on time or even a little bit early. They were very professional. They came in and did their job. They cleaned their mess. They got in, they got out and it looked good. If I had to do it over again, I would go with the same people regardless of the difference in price. Unless you are really tight, you don't mind paying a little bit more knowing that you are not going to have to call somebody back or you are not going to have to pick up after they leave or you are not going to have to be watching over them every minute. These two men came in here and worked from the time they came in to the time they left stopping for lunch for half an hour and that was it. It was longer than an 8-hour day, but they stayed till it was done. They were cleaned up when they left. Everything was right. When they left, they were gone. They didn't need to come back.

They were prompt The quote was close, but I was able to find one that was a little less.

Because we elected to replace our windows with nail-on installation, the work was quite extensive, but well worth it. For the enlarged windows, new wood headers were required, and the wood framing around and below the windows was replaced. And as walls were opened up, Elegant Openings replaced damaged wood framing that was exposed. The immediate and proper handling of the repairs was at a nominal additional cost. The benefits are large and lasting. Elegant Openings coordinated electrical, dry wall, stucco, framing, and window installation resources to complete the job. Due to the unexpected wood damage that was uncovered, the length of the job extended additional days. But their crew, headed by Jay Simmons, worked tirelessly and in good spirits until completion. The job is complete now, and our home is better inside and out.
