It was a long time ago. We've gotten new carpets in the house and we're actually having them back in a couple of weeks. They're a good company. I think they did a nice job. I think they came when they said they would. They're very good.

Our oval braided rug is in the most used room of our house and even with frequent vacuuming it gets the worst of the soil coming into the house despite an outdoor mat. So we called Dunn-well's to pick it up and clean it. They came on time, and had it back within a week. We have relied on them in the past not only for carpet cleaning (we have no more wall-to-wall) but also upholstery cleaning and we are going to be calling them for that service very soon.
