COMCAST CABLE

I do not have any choice. I hate them. I will not recommend them. The price is too much.

I have been using them since I moved to the area. The experience has been ok. They removed some channels recently, but they didn't change the price. I feel the price is too much. The customer service is ok. I haven't really had a need for it.

The On Demand is huge, and there is always something. We cannot say there is nothing on TV. I never changed from that company simply because of the convenience of staying with them. I had the cable, then they came in and brought the cable, and I ended up with Comcast. I don't know how much long I would stay with them because their prices are really high, and they keep putting them up every 2 months. I go in and I have something else taken off the bill, and all of a sudden the bill goes right back to where it was, so pretty soon I will be whittled down to no channels.

I have been using Comcast Internet for many years, and that is the only service I have from this company. Comcast violated our service agreement. The original agreement I received from Comcast stated that the company must give 24 hours notice before entering my property. A little while ago I noticed a man under my window and I went out to see what he was doing, he said he was checking out my service. I was upset with him and asked him to leave and I then called Comcast and reminded them of our original agreement.
