Someone ran into my parked car in a parking lot and scraped up the side. I took it in to Carsmetics thinking it was going to cost at least $500. A really nice man met me in the lobby and checked out the damage. He immediately realized it was an easy issue to resolve and went into the office grabbed a rag with solvent and buffed it out then and there and didn't charge me!.

I was really impressed with his integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend this place and will definitely take my car here for any future needs.

Oh, yes, we used Carsmetics. We were very pleased with them. They did a great job. We really appreciated the price. It was very, very well done. They have Very good sales people. He was quite pleased. I think the cost of service was about 700. They have very reasonable prices, very good service and good quality workmanship. Their professionalism and punctuality was excellent, everything was just right on.

My husband surpervised this but he was favorably impressed with the owner and with his professionalism.  They were able to use the original factory paint, were very prompt and the car looks like new.  We would use them again.

Very well, repairs completed on time -but Carsmetics missed on area of damage, so the car needed to stay for 2 more days in the shop. Still the total time was less than the body shop I have used in the past and the repair quality was equivalent at about 70% of the cost of the other body shop.

I am impressed with the work and price that Carsmetics provided.  Rob gave me a quote that is about 1/2 of the other place and was straightforward.  Got the repair done within the same day, while the other place quoted for 3-4 working days.  The repair looks great.

Overall the experience was good. We called on Friday and got an appointment for Monday the car was done Wednesday. The insurance had no problem paying them. I am glad I went to them rather than the people the insurance company recommended.

I choose this company because I wanted one I could research and find out more about their service. I had damage on my left rear door panel, a huge dent. Their quote was under my deductible and they did extra while they were there. The paint matches perfectly and the car looks brand new. It is Outstanding!
