I called them to fix my toilet which kept running and to snake a shower for slow draining. The shower drain was fixed the first time out but the toilet took longer. They had to come back to fix the toilet again and after practically replacing all the toildt fixtures to fix it ,they only charged me for the first time visit. Most companies charge you by the hour not matter how many times they come out to fix the same problem,but they say if they don't fix it the first time the rest is on them.!
